Well basically it depends on how much money you want to spend to do it. If your on a budget I would consider doing a cassette tape adapter and plugging it in to the headphone jack on the MP3 player, or you could do an FM transmitter, but to be honest both of those things sound horrible and they are a hassle

If you are not on a budget but you dont want to buy an aftermarket deck; there is a company called PERIPHERAL ELECTRONICS and they make all these really nice adapters that run directly to your stock stereo in the car and they actually sound great. My most recomended thing for you to though, is go and by a nice aftermarket CD Deck that has an auxilary already built into it. Then you will kill 2 birds with one stone. You will have a better sounding radio in your car than the shitty stock one and you will be able to plug your MP3 player into it
