The latest iteration of Aliph's Jawbone is our current Editors' Choice in this category. It boasts the best sound quality we've experienced to date, plus it's attractive—you needn't feel nerdy while wearing it. For those who want to be a bit less conspicuous, the Motorola H9 is the tiniest headset we've seen. It's almost as small as an earplug, and its great sound and strong mic make the H9 worth the price.

Motorola's H800 offers a "slider" design to bring the mic closer to your mouth: it also saves on power when the headset's not in use. An LCD screen is not what you'd expect to find on a headset, but you can find one on the BlueAnt V12. The small display shows caller ID, battery life, connection status and other important information. Because of this feature, you don't wear this device in your ear all day—it comes with a lanyard so you can wear it around your neck. This way you can actually see the LCD and screen calls without digging for the phone in your pocket or purse.

The Samsung WEP200 is another slick, stylish headset, while the Jabra BT500 offers comfort for those that want to wear it all day. Finally, the Plantronics Voyager 510 remains one of our favorites in terms of sound and its effective blocking of background noise—in fact, we use it as part of our testing process for all the Bluetooth-enabled cell phones that pass through our labs.
